The first thing you need to do if you want to make more money.

What’s your revenue goal for this year?

And what’s your profit goal?

If you are like most of my clients, you could answer the first question pretty easily. You are already setting some type of revenue goal.

But you couldn’t answer the second one.

You never thought to set a profit goal. You figure profit is just what’s left at the end of the year. You may even wait for your tax guy to tell you each year, how much profit you had.

Do any of these resonate?

  • You have success bringing in revenue, but can’t figure out where it’s all going

  • You still can’t pay yourself a reasonable salary from your business AND pay your expenses

  • You’re always feeling anxious about money and your bills

  • You still find yourself funding business expenses out of your personal account.

If so, you’re in the right place and you’re like most of my clients.

And I’m here to help you make money so you can do more good and find financial freedom.

And it all starts with having an intentional profit goal.

Here’s a secret: Profit doesn’t happen by accident. At least not sustainable profit. Revenue doesn’t guarantee profit. And it certainly doesn’t guarantee growing profit. Or financial freedom.

If you want to consistently make profit, end your money anxiety, and achieve financial freedom, you need to set an intentional profit goal.

The thing is, it doesn’t really matter what the exact goal is. It will depend on your personal goals as well as your business. It’s the practice and habit of setting and planning for profit that is the difference maker.

We achieve what we track. When we set a profit goal, measure and track it, it begins to figure into the decisions we make. We make intentional decisions with our profit goal in mind. Rather than just relying on luck or hoping the numbers work out.

Intentional profit planning is a mindset shift that’s part of the shift from being a business owner to being a CEO.

If you are ready to start planning for profit with intention and thinking like a CEO, I’d invite you to schedule your free profit strategy goal. You’ll walk out of the call with your personal profit goal and knowing what you need to do to achieve it.
